We have not had to use our warranty much, but the one time we did, they were very responsive and got someone out here quickly.

It was less expensive than our current company and we received two free months of service. We’re looking forward to working with them.

We found a very affordable plan which is what I did not find with other service providers. Being first time home owner he was able to provide us with additional discounts.

So far so good, it seems they have an excellent and attentive team.

I just signed up so I haven't called for any service yet and I hope all will be well down the road, but if it isn't, I can cancel on a prorated basis because there is no contract.

The sales rep was friendly, not pushy, and this person -- with a direct phone line number -- becomes your point of contact for any claims during the life of the warranty. This is much better than the usual robotic entity that handles incoming claims.
